Aaron DuVall, M.D.
Dr. Aaron DuVall is board-certified in gastroenterology. After graduating from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas he went to complete his medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He remained in Houston to finish his internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine as well. Dr. DuVall did two fellowships in gastroenterology. The first being a general fellowship at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and then he completed his fellowship training in endoscopic oncology and advanced therapeutic endoscopy at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada.
Dr. DuVall has been in private practice since 1997 in Tyler, Texas. He belongs to a six physician gastroenterology practice, Digestive Health Specialists of Tyler, where he continues to have an interest in clinical research, advanced therapeutic endoscopy and endoscopy oncology. Dr. DuVall enjoys the outdoors of East Texas and is an avid hunter, fisherman and rancher. He is married to Jean for over 26 years and they enjoy a wonderful family including three children.
Don Freeman, M.D.
Dr. Freeman has been in private practice in Tyler since 1983. He grew up in the Dallas area, graduating from McArthur High School in Irving. He is a graduate of Tulane University and Tulane Medical School. Graduate training was at the Naval Hospital, Oakland, California as well as his internship and medical residency. His GI fellowship was at the Naval Hospital in San Diego. He served as teaching staff at the Naval Hospital in San Diego for 2 years prior to moving home to Texas.
Dr. Freeman has been blessed with a wonderful family, spouse of 38 years, four children, and (finally) a grandchild.
He and his spouse are busy with farm work and tending to their vineyard, beginning to produce some of their own wine (Briarcreek Vineyards). Aside from a busy gastroenterology practice, farm, garden and vineyard work, hobbies include leaded glass and wonderful family gatherings.
Kevin Green, M.D.
Dr. Green completed his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University, graduating summa cum laude in 1979. After earning his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, he completed in Internal Medicine Residency at Pennsylvania State University-Hershey Medical Center, followed by a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine, Dr. Green has been in private practice since 1988 as a partner in Digestive Health Specialists of Tyler, and as a member of local, state, and national medical associates.
Dr. Green and his wife Sandra enjoy family and outdoor activities, and are active members of their local church.
Peter K. Meyers, M.D.
Dr. Meyers is Board Certified in Internal Medical and Gastroenterology. After graduating from Columbia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, he earned his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship at the Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego, California.
Dr. Meyers has been in private practice in Tyler, Texas since 1986. He belongs to numerous organizations including the Smith County Medical Society, the American Gastroenterology Associates and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the Texas Society for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy.
Dr. Meyers enjoys all aspects of Gastroenterology with particular interest in colon cancer screening and small bowel video capsule endoscopy.
Dr. Meyers has been married to his wife Mary for 32 years and together they have raised 4 children. He enjoys running, reading and gardening in his spare time.
Craig M. Radford, M.D.
Dr. Radford graduated magna cum laude from Carroll College in 1977. He received his medical degree with honors from The University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1982. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency and fellowship in Gastroenterology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
Dr. Radford is board certified in both Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine, and is a Fellow of The American College of Physicians. Dr. Radford has practiced Gastroenterology in Tyler since 1988 and is a member of several national medical associations. He and his wife, Lynn, have two daughters and are active in Bible Study Fellowship and enjoy sailing on area lakes.
Richard H. Seidel Jr., M.D.
Dr. Seidel was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Scranton in 1988. Majoring in Biology, he was awarded the Thomas J. Morris Scholarship. Dr. Seidel received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1992.
He moved to Texas in 1992 for post graduate training in Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. At the completion of his residency in 1995, Dr. Seidel received the John S. Miller Award for Outstanding Performance As A House Officer. Dr. Seidel continued at UT Southwestern where he completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy in 1998. Dr. Seidel has authored several articles in peer reviewed journals and gastroenterology textbooks.
In 1998, Dr. Seidel joined Digestive Health Specialists of Tyler, where his clinical interests include Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound, and Pancreatic and Biliary diseases. He is a member of the, American Gastroenterological Association, Texas Medical Association, Texas Society for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy, and Smith County Medical Association.
Dr. Seidel is married to wife Melanie and together they have three children. He enjoys golf, fishing, and family vacations on Cape Cod.
