Alan L. Goldman, M.D., F.A.C.S,

Dr. Goldman is the leading expert on the non-surgical treatment of hemorrhoids in the Southeast. In 2006 Dr. Goldman co- founded the Center of Colorectal Health in Atlanta. Since that time he has performed over 10,000 banding procedures using the CRH O’Regan Ligation System. As a surgeon, Dr. Goldman can care for both internal and external hemorrhoids.

Dr. Goldman has appeared on television on Focus Atlanta, the CW Network, Atlanta & Company, NBC 11 Alive, and has also been a guest lecturer at Emory University as he continues to help spread the message on the importance of colorectal health.

Dr. Goldman is the past Chief of Surgery at North Fulton Hospital. He has now devoted his entire practice to the office treatment of Hemorrhoids and Anal Fissures at the Center for Colorectal Health. Dr. Goldman is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology from Michigan State University and his Medical Degree from the University of Michigan. Dr. Goldman did a Surgery Residency and Surgical Research Fellowship at Emory University.

Dr. Goldman and his wife, Marci Goldman, have been married for thirty-eight years and have five children.
