Carl A. Foulks, Jr., M.D.

Dr. Foulks completed his undergraduate degree at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina, and attended Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his residency at East Carolina University School of Medicine, and his fellowships at the University of Texas-Houston Health Sciences Center and MD Anderson Cancer Center combined Gastroenterology training program. Dr. Foulks is a member of the National Medical Association, American Gastroenterology Association, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and American College of Physicians, and is a board certified Gastroenterologist.
