David Perdue, M.D., M.S.P.H.
Dr. Perdue is a board-certified gastroenterologist with Minnesota Gastroenterology, P.A. in the Twin Cities. He sees patients at the practice’s Plymouth office.
Dr. Perdue completed medical school at the University of Washington, followed by his residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Minnesota. He also holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Colorado.
Dr. Perdue is a member of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma and medical director of the American Indian Cancer Foundation. He is actively involved in research aimed at decreasing colorectal and other GI cancer disparities in American Indian and Alaska Native populations.
In addition to his special interests in anorectal disorders and hemorrhoid banding, Dr. Perdue’s clinical practice focuses on GI cancer prevention, familial colorectal cancer syndromes and general gastroenterology.
