Michael Morris, MD, FRCS

Dr. Morris has practiced General Surgery in the Houston area for the past 19 years. His surgical practice encompasses a wide range of procedures with a special interest in Colo-rectal surgery and vast experience treating hemorrhoids, fissures and ano-rectal infections.

Dr. Morris went to Medical School in South Africa and did much of his training in London, England where he attended St. Marks hospital, famous for rectal surgery. He held a post as an attending surgeon at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston before entering private practice.

Dr. Morris is an active staff member at many local hospitals and is a member of the Harris County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association and National Regent of the American Society of Abdominal surgery.
