Beth Schorr-Lesnick, MD, FACP, FACG

Dr. Schorr-Lesnick graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Science in 1981. She then attended Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. She went on to receive her training in Gastroenterology at New York Medical College. She worked as a GI consultant for a large proctology practice for one year and then spent 9 years as a full-time gastroenterologist and internist at Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC. She entered private practice in 2000 and opened her own practice in 2002, both in Westchester County.

Dr. Schorr-Lesnick is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Gastroenterology and is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the New York Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.

Dr. Schorr-Lesnick is on staff at St. John’s Riverside Hospital, Lawrence Hospital and Montefiore Medical Center. She serves on the Performance Improvement committee at St. John’s Riverside Hospital, is the founding member of the Women Physicians Networking Group of Southern Westchester, is a member of the Public Relations Committee for the American College of Gastroenterology and participates in the Cancer Services Program of Westchester County.
