Tawfik Chami, MD

Dr. Chami is a board certified gastroenterologist with special interest in gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome and colon cancer prevention.

Dr. Chami earned his medical degree from Damascus University School of Medicine in Syria. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He remained in Maryland completing a fellowship in gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. Chami is married and spends most of his free time with his family but still finds the time to run over 20 miles per week. He has run marathons and enjoys swimming, tennis, and reading.

Mark Eisner, MD

Married with three children, Dr. Eisner was born in Manhattan and raised in New Rochelle, NY. He is head of the Department of Gastroenterology for Florida Medical Clinic and also serves on the Florida Medical Clinic Board of Directors. Dr. Eisner volunteers his medical skills for the Judeo Christian Clinic. When he is not working, Dr. Eisner enjoys spending time with his family. He is a little league baseball coach, sometimes golfer, and enjoys collecting stamps, a hobby he has had most of his life.

Dr. Eisner attended Medical School at the George Washington School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., obtained his internship/residency at the Francis Scott Key Medical Center in Baltimore and completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Georgetown University Medical Center.

Dr. Eisner is board certified in both Internal Medicine as well as Gastroenterology and maintains hospital memberships with the Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, FMC Special Procedures Center in Zephyrhills, FMC Ambulatory Surgery Center in Tampa and the Pasco Regional Medical Center.
