John R. Leibach, M.D.

Dr. Leibach received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ohio Wesleyan. His Medical Degree is from Ohio State College of Medicine. He completed his internship, residency and fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Florida. A Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterology, Dr. Leibach has been in private practice in Gainesville since 1981.

Renata Wajsman, M.D.

Dr. Wajsman grew up in Israel; she received her undergraduate education and medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo in New York. After completing her Residency in Internal Medicine at New York University she underwent training in Gastroenterology at SUNY Buffalo and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Dr. Wajsman then joined the Gastroenterology staff at Elmhurst Hospital in New York in affiliation with Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Wajsman then moved to Israel and served as a gastroenterolgist on the faculty of Tel Aviv University. In 1992 Dr. Wajsman and her family moved to Gainesville and joined Digestive Disease Associates.
