Samuel Bennett Slade Hooks, III, M.D.
Dr. Hooks received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a gastroenterology fellowship at the University of South Alabama and an advanced endoscopy fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Hooks is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a diplomat of the American Board of Gastroenterology.
