Jaffrey Kazi, MD

Dr. Kazi is a board certified Gastroenterologist who trained at a University of Chicago affiliated program. He was in private practice in Chicago before moving to Scottsdale AZ in 2004 where he joined Colon & Digestive Health Specialists. He is highly competent in advanced endoscopies such as ERCP and has a special interest in disorders of bile ducts and pancreas. On a day to day basis he performs upper endoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy and push enteroscopy (endoscopy of small intestine). His extracurricular interests include reading books, travel and running marathons.

Nizar Ramzan, M.D.

Dr. Ramzan is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He trained at Mayo Clinic, Rochester MN in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Upon completing his training he joined Mayo Clinic Scottsdale as a consultant in the Division of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine where is teaching responsibilities included the training of fellows and residents in gastroenterology, internal medicine and family practice.

Dr. Ramzan established Colon & Digestive Health Specialists, PC in 2003. He treats a broad range of GI track disorders in his private practice to include those of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, gallbladder, liver and pancreas.
