Steven B. Ellison, M.D

Dr. Ellison received his medical degree from the University Of South Alabama College Of Medicine. He then completed his Residency in Internal Medicine and his Digestive Disease Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Ellison is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and has been recognized with national and regional awards. He is a Fellow of American College of Physicians (FACP), a Fellow of American College of Gastroenterology (FACG), and is a Fellow of American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (FASGE).

Dr. Ellison has devoted a portion of his time in developing, building and running Ambulatory Endoscopy Centers to provide high quality, cost-effective outpatient setting to perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy for his patients. He is dedicated to providing his patients with the most current and effective treatments for their gastrointestinal problems. Dr. Ellison has privileges at Walton Regional Medical Center.
